I’ve just watched a vlog where someone was describing their work out. Basically, they ran until they couldn’t run anymore and then walked until they could run again. Sounds like a philosophy to live by. Do what you can at pace and then in those moments of rest find something to do that keeps you on track. In a nutshell don’t stop. Keep moving forward!
