Sugar free diary

Day 1 fell asleep on the train home
Day 2 I need sugar!
Day 3 starting to accept decaf coffee without sugar
Day 4 why are u eating that donut in front if me!
Day 5 for the first time in ages I was able to push myself a bit more in the gym plus my trousers feel a bit looser….hooray!
Day 6 Had to dilute a glass of pineapple juice because it tasted too sweet
Day 7 I’ve lost 5kg in one week….woop woop!
